1. Access Data and Hosting

Hosting

You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time you access a webpage, the web server automatically saves what is known as a server log file, which includes the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the volume of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data). This information is collected solely to ensure the smooth operation of the website and to improve our services. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our services in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
All access data is processed only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

The hosting and presentation of this website are partly carried out by our service providers as part of processing on our behalf. Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, all access data as well as all data collected via forms on this website are processed on their servers. For questions about our service providers and the legal basis of our cooperation with them, please refer to the contact details provided in this privacy policy.

Our service providers are located and/or use servers in the following countries, for which the European Commission has determined an adequate level of data protection: Israel, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The adequacy decision for the United States applies insofar as the respective service provider is certified. Certification has been obtained.

Some of our service providers are located and/or use servers in other countries (e.g. Brazil, Mexico, India, Ukraine). For these countries, no adequacy decision exists. Our cooperation with these providers is based on the European Union’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

2. Data Processing for Contact and Customer Communication

Contact

When you contact us (e.g. via contact form, live chat, or email), we collect personal data as necessary to process your request in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. Mandatory fields are marked as such, since we need this information to handle your inquiry. The data collected is apparent from the respective input forms.

After your inquiry has been fully processed, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, or unless we are legally permitted to retain it for other purposes, as explained in this privacy policy.
After completion of your inquiry, your data will be restricted from further processing and deleted after the applicable tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have given consent for longer use or a legal justification applies.
