A little about me
I’m Josefine Botha – a Systemic Business Coach, mother of four, and People & Culture Leader with with extensive experience in the tech industry.
Drawn to the world from an early age, I’ve lived and worked in Scotland, Tanzania, and South Africa. These international experiences have deeply shaped how I understand people, collaboration, and growth. Today, I live and work in Berlin.
Since 2012, I’ve been working in the tech industry, in People & Culture roles at international companies such as Wooga, Booking.com, and Vinted. I’ve built teams, supported organizations through growth and hypergrowth phases, and worked closely with leaders as they navigated change and complexity.
From my own experience – including many years as a single mother in a leadership role – I know how challenging it can be to balance career, family, and personal growth.
Today, I coach leaders, mothers and fathers in leadership positions, high potentials, and people navigating transitions – helping them unlock their potential, make conscious choices, and pursue their goals with clarity and confidence.

I coach leaders, parents, and high potentials – particularly in start-ups, scale-ups, and the tech industry – with a focus on leadership, career development, balance, and personal growth.
My coaching approach is systemic, resource-oriented, and pragmatic.
I listen actively, ask insightful questions, and create a space where you can reflect, gain clarity, and explore new perspectives.
