Coaching is a partnership of equals – grounded in trust, clarity, and structure, and focused on what truly moves you forward.

I coach in German and English – online, in person in Berlin, or while walking – whichever setting suits you best.

Getting to Know Each Other

In a non-binding introductory session, we’ll explore what brings you here, what you’re hoping for, and whether the chemistry feels right.
If we both have a good feeling, we’ll schedule the first sessions.

Setting Goals

At the beginning of the coaching process, you’ll define your overall goal – the topic you want to work on and what you aim to have achieved by the end.

I’ll support you in formulating your goals clearly and realistically, and help you set priorities that feel right for you.

In each session, you’ll define a specific focus that brings you one step closer to your larger goal.

At the end of every session, you’ll reflect on what you’re taking away and identify concrete next steps to apply in your everyday life.

Coaching Sessions

A coaching session usually lasts 90 minutes. Some topics may need a bit more or less time – we’ll decide that individually.

Coaching sessions take place online or in Berlin.
Between sessions, you can reflect on your insights, try out new approaches, and deepen what you’ve learned.
This is how change gradually takes shape in everyday life.

The overall length of the coaching process is individual – what matters is that it feels right for you and allows space for sustainable growth.

Honorar

INVESTMENT

Coaching is an investment in your personal and professional growth.
Here you’ll find an overview of my fees.

For Individuals

 

My fee is €200 per 60 minutes.

A session typically lasts 90 minutes.

Billing is based on my hourly rate, calculated in 10-minute increments.

Booking & Cancellation

Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Sessions cancelled less than seven days before the scheduled time will be charged in full.

I understand that life sometimes gets in the way.
In case of unexpected circumstances or emergencies, we’ll always find a fair solution — just let me know.

For Companies

I work with leaders, high potentials, and professionals stepping into new leadership roles – particularly in start-ups, scale-ups, and the tech industry navigating phases of growth, transformation, or hypergrowth.

 

Formats & Fees

Leadership & High-Potential Coaching: from €300 per 60 minutes
Team & Group Coaching: from €2,500 per day
Leadership Programs (customized): pricing available upon request

The investment depends on the scope, format, and duration of the collaboration.
